The history of the Quaranta confectionery industry has deep roots. We have nearly a century of experience that has grown over time and has enabled us to implement changes and improvements to achieve a level of excellence. We produce a product that is incomparable on the international market, especially in terms of ingredients and recipe quality.
While many manufacturers, even if they are still respecting the tradition of confectionery products, have chosen to equip themselves with continuous plants for the production of nougat emulsion, we have made different choices.
Our machines are, in fact, the same as before but computerized, capable of mixing the ingredients in the right quantities. It’s the application of a traditional and artisanal method through technological tools. This way, our product is softer, fluffier, and richer, of superior quality.
Our efforts are aimed at ensuring a significantly higher quality compared to large-scale industrial production. This choice entails greater commitment and effort, with production cycles that often require manual artisanal interventions after processing. Hence, our driving force for development: uncompromising quality!
Industria Dolciaria Quaranta participates in major trade fairs. We export to over 50 countries worldwide, including Europe, the United States, Australia, and the Middle East. We also participate in confectionery, food, and gourmet events on three continents: Europe, Asia, and the United States.
